On behalf of the whole family I would like to express how much we appreciate your love, prayers, good wishes and support during this extremely difficult time. Over the last few days as we have gradually started to come to terms with the shock of losing Rebecca, it has been a great comfort to us all to hear from so many people, far and wide.

From her closest friends to those who knew her only fleetingly, we have been very moved by the feelings people have expressed. Her wonderful zest for life, sense of humour and positive energy have clearly had a huge impact on many people’s lives.We will all want to honour her and remember her in all of our different ways, over the coming days, weeks and years to come.

As a resource for family and friends we have set up both this tribute and a Dropbox account for people to share memories of Rebecca if they so wish.  This could be stories, anecdotes, music she loved, photographs, videos, poems or anything else people choose to share. If you would like to make a video to record a memory that would also be very welcome. Do contact us if you're unsure about anything; the link to the Dropbox will be made available very shortly.

We will share this combined archive with the children when the time is right and as a resource for them to use as they get older so that they can truly remember what a special person their mother was and how she touched so many different people.
